Great location near the town centre and train station. The hotel staff were helpful and allowed us to park our car early. The apartment had good security and made us feel safe. It had a well-equipped kitchen and a washing machine with a dryer function. Having 2 toilets was a plus for our family.
Could not be improved in any way.

We stayed at 316 Westgate in York for a few nights and it was an excellent experience. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet area just outside the old town city walls. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, with plenty of space and a well-equipped kitchen. We were able to walk to all the main attractions easily. Additionally, the apartment was located by a river and within walking distance of the railway station and other sightseeing spots. the location was amazing and made our stay even more enjoyable.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Mind-blowing location near town Centre and train station. Super helpful staff, allowed early car parking, and promptly fixed water heater. Apartment provides safety and comfort with good security, two toilets, and no stairs. Jaw-dropping amenities include washing machine with dryer function. Free wi-fi, parking, well-equipped kitchen, TV, lift, no pets or smoking on site. Convenient for walks along the river and easy access to attractions. Welcome box was a real boon!

Stayed at a property managed by Stays York near the town centre and train station. Collected keys from their office, where the lady was very helpful. She let us park our car in the car park and assisted us with a problem with the water heater. the apartment, located in a secure building, was well-equipped and had 2 toilets, which was convenient for our family. It also had a washing machine with a dryer function. Only minor issue was with the heater and water heater. Close to town, easy access to everything, good bathrooms, comfortable living area, and had parking. Cons: No issues.

our stay at 316 westgate was absolutely amazing. the location was perfect, right in the heart of york and close to the train station. the apartment was well-equipped, secure, and had 2 toilets which was a bonus for our family. the lady at stays york was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. a truly fantastic experience!

The apartment at 316 Westgate in York was simply amazing! The fully equipped kitchen was perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out on our bikes. I loved having two bedrooms, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day of riding. The flat-screen TV was a great touch, allowing us to catch up on our favorite shows in the evenings. And having a washing machine was a lifesaver for washing our biking gear. the apartment felt cozy and comfortable, making our stay in York even more enjoyable.
The only downside for me was the shower in one of the bathrooms. It felt a bit cramped and not as powerful as I would have liked.
